I am a PhD student in Applied Mathematics at the University of Arizona, advised by Dr. Ryan Gutenkunst. My research focuses on tumor evolution, neoantigens, and how immune selection shapes cancer genomes. I use mathematical modeling, stochastic simulation, and data analysis to study how evolutionary and immune processes influence tumor growth and mutation-frequency patterns. More broadly, I am interested in using quantitative methods to better understand cancer biology and connect mathematical theory with real biological data.
